Our resume analysis uses OpenAI GPT-4o-mini to:

- Compare your resume against requirements

- Suggest specific improvements
The AI analyzes your resume's content, not just keyword density, to provide meaningful insights.
Company Intelligence Sources
We aggregate data from multiple sources:
- Glassdoor: Company ratings, reviews, salaries
- Crunchbase: Funding, growth stage, leadership
- LinkedIn: Company size, industry, tech stack
- Layoffs.fyi: Recent layoffs and stability
- Company websites: Job postings, culture, benefits
All data is updated regularly and verified for accuracy.
Data Privacy & Security
Your data is private and secure:
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- AI processing uses encrypted API calls to OpenAI
- OpenAI does not train on your data (API mode)
- We never sell your data to third parties
- You can export or delete your data anytime
